Inevitably you’re going to have some questions. They’re probably answered below.
Call the babysitter, call in sick, do whatever you have to to get yourself there. Grab your helmet and light and put everything else aside and trick and treat yourself to a night out on your bike with friends.
This is NOT AN ALLEY CAT. So don't get scared. But it does has some aspects of one. You might want to bring a camera or three . It just might come in handy for the night.
Do I need a bike?
Yes. Perferably in costume and with safety lights. But, You know the deal. Ride at your own awareness.
Do I need a Costume?
Yes or you can’t come to the party and you'll look stupid!
Do I need a bag?
Yes. At least one of your team members should have one.
What if it rains?
Rain or shine! You live in Seattle! For crying out loud, a little rain will only make you stronger. you will dry off at the party!
Are there prizes for best costume/best team?
Of course! All sorts of them. Prizes are from the sponsors from the Spooky Sponsor page, go check them out, click on there name and see what there about. costumes will be judged from a panel of hand selected Zombies I have dug up from the ground. They will be eating your smarts and ripping apart prizes from deep within the bag of goods and services from our bad ass sponsors. Costume Contest is for the following categories;
Best costume incorporated with bicycle
Best Female
Best Male
Best TEAM
Best Tech costume
Best Creation of Illusion
Hottest & Freaky
Most Disturbing, haunting, and scary.
Funniest costume
Most in character
Best Dead Celeb
These categories will be judged on starting at registration from 6-8. You may be asked to act out your costume by the judges. So be prepared. Awards will happen after the 2nd band plays approx 11:15. Have your whole manifest complete before you get there or not, the team with the correct scavenger hunt manifesto and the most points will be awarded and declared the winner with first pick of prizes. So show off your stuff!
